To join the BOSS Community, we ask to get to know you, your business, and your expected impact as a member. Review our member criteria to see if you're a fit.

Can I upgrade my membership during the year?
Yes — you can move to a higher tier at any point in your membership year. The difference is prorated based on how much time remains, so you only pay for what's ahead.
Are the estimated values guaranteed?
The estimated values reflect market rates for comparable services and are provided for context. Your actual return will depend on how you engage with your membership — and the most meaningful returns often come from the relationships, referrals, and momentum that don't have a price tag at all.
How are BOSS events different from standard networking events?
BOSS events are curated, intentional, and designed to feel like a conversation — not a conference. The women in the room are vetted, the programming is substantive, and the venue reflects the community. If you've been burned by hollow networking, this is a different experience by design.
